How much does a WhatsApp agent cost?
A WhatsApp slot costs $20, taken once from your credit and kept. Each slot lets one number be linked at a time. After that, every reply is charged by what it used (the model, plus voice and knowledge searches when they are used). There are no free messages.
What happens to my slot if I delete the agent or unlink the number?
It becomes free again. You can create another agent and scan a number on the same slot without paying again. You only pay again if you want a second number connected at the same time.
What is in the price of a minute?
Four parts: the language model that thinks, the hearing that turns the caller's speech into text, the voice that speaks, and a flat platform fee. Choose each one above and the rate updates.
Are phone numbers and carrier charges included?
No. You connect your own number from Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage or Exotel, and your carrier bills you for the line and the calls. Testing in your browser uses no carrier.
How is a call billed?
By what it used. The platform fee is counted by the second, and the model, hearing and voice are priced from what the call actually used. The dashboard shows what every call cost.
Can I change the model later?
Yes. The model, voice and hearing are settings on each agent. You can run a light model on simple calls and a stronger one where it matters.
Can I test before connecting a number?
Yes. You can build an agent and test it in your browser before you connect a phone number. Test calls are billed like any other call, and the dashboard shows what each one cost.
Can the rates change?
They follow what the model and voice providers charge, so they can. This page always shows the current rates, and the month they were last updated.
