What is the same in every country
- Phynxa does not sell phone numbers. You connect a number from your own provider account.
- An agent speaks one language that you choose. The platform supports seven: English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, French and Mandarin Chinese.
- Outbound calls and campaigns run on Twilio and Exotel. Transfers to a person run on Twilio.
- Which numbers a provider can issue in a country, and the paperwork it asks for, is the provider's rule. Phynxa has not verified it for any country listed here.
- Phynxa does not claim to make your calls compliant with local law. Each page names the rules to look at.
Is your country not listed?
The platform is not limited to these countries. If you can connect a number from a supported provider and the agent speaks your callers' language, an agent can answer it. A page is added only when there is something specific to say about a country, so tell us where you are and what you need.
