AI voice agents for businesses in the UAE.

Languages

Callers in the UAE move between Arabic and English, and many speak Hindi or Urdu. An agent speaks the one language you choose. For Arabic it is told to use Modern Standard Arabic; we have not verified a Gulf dialect, so listen to a test call with your own callers. For callers who mix English and Hindi, the multilingual hearing option follows them. It does not cover Arabic or Urdu.

Where it helps

  • Real estate: answer property enquiries, collect budget and area, and book viewings in your calendar.
  • Clinics: take appointment requests and hand urgent calls to your staff.
  • Hospitality: answer questions about rooms, tables and opening hours at any hour and capture reservation requests.
  • After hours: every call outside office hours is answered and logged with a summary, intent and outcome.

Phone numbers and calling

Phynxa does not sell phone numbers. Bring a number you already hold with Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage or Exotel, connect the account and assign the number to an agent. Which UAE numbers a provider can issue, and what documents it asks for, is the provider's rule, so confirm that before you plan a launch. Our team is in Dubai and can talk you through the setup.

Rules to check

UAE telecom rules (the regulator is the TDRA) and the federal personal data protection law apply to the calls you make and the recordings you keep. This is not legal advice and Phynxa does not make you compliant on its own; check what applies to your sector.

Common questions

Does Phynxa provide UAE phone numbers?
No. You connect a number from your own provider account. Whether that provider can give you a UAE number is the provider's decision.
Which languages can the agent speak for UAE callers?
Arabic, English, Hindi and Urdu are among the seven the platform supports. An agent speaks one language, and a number is answered by one agent, so a business that serves several languages creates one agent per language.
Can it make outbound calls to UAE numbers?
Outbound calls and campaigns run on Twilio and Exotel. Confirm with your provider that it can place calls to the UAE, and check the UAE rules on marketing calls first.
