AI voice agents for businesses in Saudi Arabia.
Languages
Arabic is the language most callers expect. The agent is told to speak Modern Standard Arabic, and it hears Arabic through Deepgram or OpenAI speech recognition and speaks it with Cartesia, ElevenLabs or OpenAI voices. We have not verified a Saudi dialect such as Najdi or Hijazi, so listen to a test call with your own callers before launch. Arabic uses the single-language hearing option; the multilingual one does not cover it.
Where it helps
- Clinics: take appointment requests and route urgent calls to a person.
- Car dealers and workshops: book service slots and answer opening-hours and parts questions.
- Online stores: answer order-status questions from your own systems through a custom API tool.
- Property: qualify enquiries, collect budget and area, and book viewings.
Phone numbers and calling
Phynxa does not sell phone numbers. Bring a number from Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage or Exotel and assign it to an agent. We have not verified Saudi number availability with any of the five providers, nor any local registration they may need, so confirm with yours before you plan. Outbound calls and campaigns run on Twilio and Exotel.
Rules to check
Saudi Arabia has a communications regulator (the CST) and a personal data protection law (the PDPL). Phynxa does not claim Saudi data residency or regulatory approval. Check what applies to your sector, especially health and finance. This is not legal advice.
Common questions
- Can the agent speak a Saudi dialect?
- It speaks Modern Standard Arabic. We have not verified a Saudi dialect, so test with your own callers and tell us what you hear.
- Does Phynxa have Saudi phone numbers?
- No. You connect a number from your own provider account, and whether that provider can issue a Saudi number is its decision.
- Is call data kept in Saudi Arabia?
- Phynxa does not claim Saudi data residency. If where data is stored matters to you, ask the team for current hosting details before you decide.
