AI voice agents that speak Urdu and English.

Languages

Urdu is supported for hearing and speaking, but it is the newest and least-tested of our languages. Urdu agents wait for a short pause (0.8 seconds) to decide the caller has finished, because the usual end-of-turn model has no Urdu. The Urdu voices on offer are labelled for India by their provider, and we have no published accuracy figure for Urdu speech recognition. Many callers mix Urdu and English; an agent speaks one language, so choose which to lead with and listen to real test calls before launch.

Where it helps

  • Clinics and hospitals: take appointment requests and pass urgent ones to staff.
  • Property dealers and developers: capture budget, area and contact details, and book site visits.
  • Online stores: answer order-status questions and, over a number that supports outbound calls, confirm orders.
  • Academies and training centres: answer admission questions and book counselling calls.

Phone numbers and calling

Phynxa does not sell phone numbers. Bring a number from Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage or Exotel. We have not verified which Pakistani numbers these providers can issue or connect, so ask your provider before you plan. Outbound calls and campaigns run on Twilio and Exotel only.

Rules to check

Pakistan's telecom regulator is the PTA. Check its rules on calling customers before you run outbound campaigns. This is not legal advice and Phynxa does not claim compliance on your behalf.

Common questions

Does the agent really speak Urdu?
Yes, for hearing and speaking. It is the newest language we support and we have not published accuracy figures for it, so test it with your own callers before you rely on it.
Can one agent follow callers who switch between Urdu and English?
No. An agent speaks one language, and the multilingual hearing option does not cover Urdu. Choose Urdu or English per agent, or run one of each on separate numbers.
Can I get a Pakistani phone number from Phynxa?
No. You connect a number from your own provider account, and whether the provider can issue one for Pakistan is its decision.
