AI voice agents that answer in Spanish for businesses in Mexico.

Languages

Spanish is supported for hearing and speaking, and the voice lists include voices from Mexico. An agent speaks one language, so a business with English-speaking customers can run a separate English agent. The multilingual hearing option can follow a caller between Spanish and English.

Where it helps

  • Online stores: answer order-status questions from your own systems through a custom API tool.
  • Clinics: take appointment requests and pass urgent calls to staff.
  • Car dealers and workshops: book service slots and answer opening-hours questions.
  • After hours: every call outside opening times is answered and logged with a summary.

Phone numbers and calling

Phynxa does not sell phone numbers. Bring a number from Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage or Exotel and assign it to an agent. We have not verified which Mexican numbers each provider can issue, so confirm with yours. Outbound calls and campaigns run on Twilio and Exotel.

Rules to check

In Mexico the consumer agency PROFECO runs a public registry (REPEP) of people who do not want advertising calls, and a federal law covers personal data held by private companies. Check both before outbound campaigns. This is not legal advice and Phynxa does not claim compliance on your behalf.

Common questions

Does the agent speak Mexican Spanish?
It speaks Spanish and the voice lists include voices from Mexico. Listen to a test call to judge how natural it sounds to your callers.
Does Phynxa provide Mexican phone numbers?
No. You connect a number from your own provider account, and whether it can issue a Mexican number is its decision.
Can the agent look up an order?
Yes, through a custom API tool that calls your own order system. The agent only shares what your system returns and what is in its knowledge base.
