AI voice agents for businesses in Qatar.

Languages

Callers in Qatar use Arabic and English, and many residents speak Hindi or Urdu. An agent speaks the one language you choose. For Arabic it is told to use Modern Standard Arabic; we have not verified a Gulf dialect, so listen to a test call with your own callers first. The multilingual hearing option covers English and Hindi but not Arabic or Urdu.

Where it helps

  • Clinics: take appointment requests and hand urgent calls to staff.
  • Property: answer enquiries, collect budget and area, and book viewings.
  • Maintenance and facilities companies: take a fault report with the address and the problem, and pass it to the dispatcher.
  • After hours: every call outside office hours is answered and logged with a summary.

Phone numbers and calling

Phynxa does not sell phone numbers. Bring a number from Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage or Exotel and assign it to an agent. We have not verified which Qatari numbers each provider can issue, so confirm with yours. Outbound calls and campaigns run on Twilio and Exotel.

Rules to check

Qatar's communications regulator is the CRA, and its personal data privacy law (Law No. 13 of 2016) covers the data you collect on calls. Check both before recording calls or running outbound campaigns. This is not legal advice and Phynxa does not claim compliance on your behalf.

Common questions

Which languages can the agent speak for Qatar?
Arabic, English, Hindi and Urdu are among the seven the platform supports. One agent speaks one language, and a number is answered by one agent.
Does Phynxa provide Qatari phone numbers?
No. You connect a number from your own provider account, and whether it can issue a Qatari number is the provider's decision.
Can it speak a Gulf Arabic dialect?
It speaks Modern Standard Arabic. We have not verified a Gulf dialect, so test with your own callers.
