AI voice agents for businesses in Egypt.

Languages

Most callers in Egypt speak Egyptian Arabic, which differs noticeably from the Modern Standard Arabic the agent is told to use. We have not verified Egyptian dialect, so expect the agent to sound formal and test it with your own callers before you rely on it. English is also supported. Arabic uses the single-language hearing option; the multilingual one does not cover it.

Where it helps

  • Online stores: answer order-status questions from your own systems through a custom API tool.
  • Clinics: take appointment requests and pass urgent calls to staff.
  • Training centres and schools: answer enquiries about courses and book counselling calls.
  • After hours: every call outside office hours is answered and logged with a summary.

Phone numbers and calling

Phynxa does not sell phone numbers. Bring a number from Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage or Exotel. We have not verified which Egyptian numbers these providers can issue or connect, so ask yours before you plan. Outbound calls and campaigns run on Twilio and Exotel only.

Rules to check

Egypt's telecom regulator is the NTRA, and Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 covers personal data. Check both before recording calls or running outbound campaigns. This is not legal advice and Phynxa does not claim compliance on your behalf.

Common questions

Does the agent speak Egyptian Arabic?
It speaks Modern Standard Arabic. We have not verified Egyptian dialect, so test it with your own callers.
Does Phynxa provide Egyptian phone numbers?
No. You connect a number from your own provider account, and whether it can issue an Egyptian number is the provider's decision.
Can it also answer in English?
Yes. Create a separate English agent on its own number.
