AI voice agents for businesses in Canada.

Languages

English and French are both supported for hearing and speaking, and the French voice lists include voices from Canada as well as France. An agent speaks one language, so a bilingual business creates one agent per language on its own number. The multilingual hearing option covers English and French and can follow a caller between them. We have not tested Quebec French in speech recognition, so listen to test calls.

Where it helps

  • Clinics and dental practices: take appointment requests and pass urgent calls to staff.
  • Real estate brokerages: answer enquiries, collect budget and area, and book showings.
  • Professional offices: capture the client's question and arrange a call-back.
  • After hours: every call outside office hours is answered and logged with a summary.

Phone numbers and calling

Phynxa does not sell phone numbers. Bring a number from Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage or Exotel and assign it to an agent. We have not verified which Canadian numbers each provider can issue, so confirm with yours. Outbound calls and campaigns run on Twilio and Exotel.

Rules to check

In Canada the CRTC regulates telemarketing and keeps the National Do Not Call List, and PIPEDA covers personal data in most private-sector businesses, with provincial laws in some provinces. Check them before recording calls or running outbound campaigns. This is not legal advice and Phynxa does not claim compliance on your behalf.
