What you will achieve

You will have a Phynxa account and a workspace, signed in and ready to build an agent.

An email address you can open now, because Phynxa sends a code to it.
A password of at least 8 characters, or a Google account if Google sign-in is shown on the page.

Open the sign-up page and choose Sign up.
Enter your Name, Email and Password, then continue. You can instead choose Sign up with Google; that button appears only when Google sign-in is switched on for the site.
Phynxa sends a six-digit code to your email and opens the Verify your email screen.
Type the code into Verification code.
You are signed in and taken to the dashboard.

If no email arrives, press Resend code. A new code replaces the old one.

Code lifetime. A code works for 15 minutes and allows 5 wrong attempts. After that, request a new one.
Session. A sign-in lasts 24 hours on that browser unless you sign out. After that you sign in again.
Your workspace. Signing up creates a workspace with you as its owner. Agents, numbers, contacts and calls all belong to the workspace. To work with others, invite them from Team.
Signing up through an invitation. If a colleague invited you, open the link in the invitation email instead. It adds you to their workspace and you set your own password.

Sign out and sign in again with your email and password. You should reach the dashboard.

The dashboard opens, showing zero calls and zero agents.

"Too many attempts" or a message about waiting. Sign-in is rate-limited. Five wrong passwords for one email pause sign-in for 15 minutes. Wait, or reset your password.
The email is slow or missing. Check spam, then use Resend code.
Google sign-in says the address is not verified. Google must report the email as verified before Phynxa accepts it.
