Questions
How do I pay? Open Plans & Billing, choose Buy plan on a plan, enter a whole-dollar amount within its range, and approve the payment on PayPal.
Is it a subscription? No. What you pay is credit for calls and it never expires. There is no monthly charge, and nothing is charged again unless you pay. Pay again when you want more credit.
What if I pay again? It is added to your credit straight away. A bigger payment buys the bigger plan; a smaller one never takes a bigger plan away while you still have credit.
What if I buy a different plan? The better of your current plan and the new one is what you get, and the new credit is added to what you already have.
Why is Buy disabled? You may be a member (only owners and admins can buy), or payments are not set up on the platform.
I closed PayPal and was not charged. Why? The page says "Payment cancelled. You were not charged." Nothing was bought.
I paid but my plan did not change. Reload Plans & Billing. A payment is applied when PayPal confirms it, which can take a moment. If it still shows Free, keep the PayPal receipt and use Contact.
What happens when my credit is used up? The workspace returns to Free and new calls are refused until you buy a plan to add credit. Calls already in progress can finish. Agents already published stay published, but you cannot create more than the Free limit, or publish an unpublished agent, until you buy again.
What does a refund do? A full refund or a chargeback takes back that payment's credit; another payment that still stands keeps its plan. A partial refund takes back exactly what was refunded, and the plan follows the amount you have left. See Plans and billing.
Does the amount I pay change my features? The amount you pay selects a plan (by its range) and becomes your credit. The only plan limits enforced are agent count and publishing. See Plans and billing.
What do calls cost? Phone minutes are charged by your own phone provider. Phynxa shows an estimated cost for the speech, model and voice used in each call. See Costs.
Where are invoices? PayPal sends receipts. Plans & Billing also lists every payment under Payment history.
