Getting started
What is Phynxa? A platform to build AI voice agents that answer and place phone calls. See How Phynxa works.
Do I need to supply my own AI keys? No. The platform provides the speech, model and voice services. You supply a phone provider account for real calls.
Can I try it without a phone number? Yes. Talk and Chat test an agent in the browser. See Test your agent.
Phone calls
Which phone providers work? You can connect Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage, Plivo and Exotel. Transfers run on Twilio only, outbound calls and campaigns run on Twilio and Exotel, and the others answer inbound calls. See Phone numbers.
Can the agent transfer a call? Yes, on Twilio, to the number you set. See Transfers.
Are calls recorded? Phynxa does not store call recordings. It stores the transcript, the review and the call details.
Agents
Which languages are supported? English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, French, Spanish and Chinese. Quality for each has not been judged by listening. See Languages.
How many agents can I have? It depends on your plan: 1 on Free and Essential, 3 on Growth, 10 on Professional, and unlimited on Enterprise.
Why can't I publish my agent? The Free plan cannot publish. See Plans and billing.
Integrations and developers
Which apps can connect? Nineteen, listed in the overview. Eleven of them can also be used by an agent during a call.
Can I get call data into my own system? Yes, with Webhooks or the REST API.
Which webhook events are sent?
call.completed.
Data and security
Who can see my workspace? Only its members. See Team and roles.
Can I delete my data? The owner can delete the account and all its data under Settings, Danger Zone. See Account and security.
