OneDrive
Connect OneDrive with your own Microsoft Entra app so an agent can save call notes as files and find files.

OneDrive will show Connected.
Overview and use cases
The connection can upload files, search files and list a folder through Microsoft Graph: the basis for saving call notes and transcripts to OneDrive.
Prerequisites
- A Microsoft account and permission to register an app in Microsoft Entra.
External account setup (in Microsoft Entra)
Microsoft controls these screens. Microsoft's guide: Register an app. The steps are the same as for Outlook; one Entra app can serve both.
- Register an application in the Entra admin center.
- Add a Web redirect URI: the URL in Phynxa's Connect dialog.
- Add the delegated permissions below, create a client secret, and copy it with the Application (client) ID.
Connect it in Phynxa
- Integrations, Connect on OneDrive.
- Enter Client ID, Client secret, and optionally Tenant and Folder (where uploads go, for example
Calls/2026). - Sign in to Microsoft and approve. The card shows Connected.
Permissions and settings
Delegated permissions: offline_access (without it the connection ends in an hour), User.Read, Files.ReadWrite. Tenant is common, organizations, consumers, or your own tenant id or domain. A simple upload accepts files up to 250 MB.
Use it in a call
On an agent's Tools tab, Add tool, Integration, OneDrive:

Test it
Test connection should answer "OneDrive is responding."
Expected result
The card stays Connected.
Troubleshooting
- The connection stops after an hour. Add
offline_accessand Reconnect. - Redirect URI mismatch. The Web redirect URI must equal Phynxa's exactly.
Security and credentials
The client secret is stored encrypted. Revoke access in Microsoft account settings; Remove forgets it here.
